InGameStore provides a platform for users to purchase digital in-game items. All transactions are facilitated by our team to ensure security and timely delivery. We do not sell games themselves, only items for use within them.

4. Transactions
All sales are final. Once an item has been delivered to your in-game account, we cannot offer a refund. If you encounter any issues with delivery, you must contact our support within 24 hours.

In no event shall InGameStore, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
